Her mother’s early death at just 38 from a curable cancer instilled in Charleah an unwavering urgency to take charge of her own well-being, inspiring her to overcome obesity by losing 100 pounds and continuing to believe in her God-given inner strength and purpose. As a teen mom turned trailblazer, she became the first in her generation to graduate college, a two-time homeowner by age 31, and the youngest and only woman of color paralegal to the top litigating partner of one of Boston’s prominent personal injury firms has shattered generational ceilings while building a new legacy marked by resilience and purpose.
